Costs are 350 NIS per session.


Personal therapy is an opportuinty to talk through the issues you are struggling with in a safe and non-judgemental space, with someone not connected to you socially.


Through talking we can start to understand patterns, habits and ways of thinking that may impact your life or your relationships in a way that is stopping you from feeling the way you want or being the person you hope to be.


With empathy and understanding we can try to challenge or learn to accept and live with these ways of being. In this way you can move into becoming the best version of you by understanding your own needs and taking control of your life. 

I use an integrative approach that lends from various modalities to create a therapy that is specific and relevant for your needs.
